  • Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta: The Community Foundation gives grants and scholarships to Atlanta area nonprofits, and also provides classes and other professional development opportunities.
  • Georgia Center for Nonprofits: Georgia’s association for nonprofit, charitable organizations.
  • Foundation Center South: The Foundation Center is a library and resource center for information about philanthropy worldwide. There are 5 locations, and Atlanta is lucky enough to have one! Visit for free access to their database of foundations, and attend one of their many free classes.

  • Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta: This organization provides free attorneys for nonprofit organizations that serve low-income or disadvantaged individuals and are unable to pay for legal services. Other serives:

  • Guidestar: This site uploads the IRS 990 returns for all 501(c)3 organizations. A great place to research potential partners, employers, competitors, and foundations. A free account gets you full access.
  • SpaceFinder: Great local resource for finding space in Atlanta for meetings, events, rehearsals, and performances. This tool is run by C4 Atlanta and it's completely free to use.
  • TechSoup: Site that provides technology software, hardware, and services at incredibly reduced rates for nonprofits. Free for registered 501(c)3 organizations and libraries. 
  • Work for Good: national job database for nonprofit employment. The most comprehensive place to find nonprofit jobs on the internet.
